Haruhiko Kuroda is the Governor of the Central Bank of Japan, renamed “Bank of Japan” as of March 20, 2013. He formerly served as a president and chairman of the Asian Development Bank from February 2005 to March 2013. In addition, he also served as Vice Minister of Finance from 1997 to 2003.
